This place really exceeded my expectations. The room was spotless and enormous, making it feel like a home away from home. I was so impressed with the cleanliness and the spaciousness of the room that I didn't want to leave. The staff were friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable.

The hotel has its good points - the rooms are spotless and the fridges are huge, like the kind you'd find in an apartment. But the beds are a different story - they're only full-sized, which is a bit of a letdown if you're used to a queen or king. Still, the cleanliness and spacious fridge made up for it, and the staff were friendly to boot.

I was really looking forward to staying here, especially after the general manager seemed so friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a bit of a letdown. The air conditioning unit in my room wasn't adjustable, which made for a pretty uncomfortable night's sleep. When I went to the help desk to complain, I was told to just unplug the unit, which didn't exactly fill me with confidence.

This hotel is a real gem. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city, and the rooms are super comfortable with just the right amount of space. I was blown away by the friendly and helpful staff, they made me feel right at home. Overall, it's a great place to stay.
