The welcome was warm and personal, the room was nicely furnished with a huge balcony, and the bathroom was comfortable with storage space and a hair dryer that dries long hair effortlessly. Breakfast at the spot was wonderfully relaxed and delightful; the overall vibe even made us water‑mill kids’ hearts beat faster… the view of the Regenstein, the big oak in front of the house… we’ll come back :-) Nothing else comes to mind after long consideration.

We felt very comfortable and well cared for. It’s easy to disconnect from everyday life in this setting. The tasty, artfully presented breakfast was both a feast for the eyes and a boost for an exciting day. Goldbachmühle is a great central spot for exploring the East Harz. Thanks to the team for being accommodating, friendly, and dedicated. P.S. The homemade rolls are a dream!

Wir hatten hier ein sehr schönes Wochenende mit 2 Übernachtungen und wurden sehr herzlich empfangen. Die Pension ist sehr gut und stilvoll eingerichtet und die ursprüngliche Ausstattung wie alte Kronleuchter und andere Dinge sind sehr gut integriert. Das Frühstück war außerordentlich gut und frisch zubereitet, auf unsere Wünsche wurde komplett eingegangen. Es wurden obendrein noch weitere Frühstücks-Köstlichkeiten (Hafer- oder Sojamilch, sowie andere Nahrungsmittel) angeboten. Es gab von Jaqueline und Gregor auch viele Infos zu der direkten Umgebung, zu Wander-, Ausflugs- und Speise-Möglichkeiten. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt
