Getting to the property from the interstate was straightforward. The staff were helpful and friendly, and the rooms were clean.

The location was great, but when I booked I was told I’d get one of the larger rooms with a lovely area, and that wasn’t the case.

The hallway was a mess—17 sheets of paper on the third‑floor corridor and another five in my room, so the cleaning staff clearly missed the small details.

I never got the $50.00 key charge refunded; they said it would take 7 to 10 days, but even two months later I still haven’t received it.
