Being close to the station was a real help, yet I wish the restaurant stayed open on Sunday nights.

The spot was convenient, the room was spotless and made my stay comfortable, and I appreciated the large public bath. The slippers left in the room looked worn out, so I switched to the disposable ones.

It was sweltering inside and the lack of air‑conditioning made it unbearable, so I’d never pick summer in Hokkaido again; the futon was so heavy it was useless, and the eco‑friendly bath towels never got replenished even after I tried to call the front desk, which never answered. The breakfast tasted good, but they only served coffee and I was hoping for tea.
