It’s a beachfront spot right on the shore. Unfortunately, we informed them a day before that we were stranded in Dumaguete because of a sudden surge of passengers, and we only received the next‑day trip. When we asked for a refund for the first night, they declined and even allowed another guest to occupy our assigned room. The next day we arrived, but they wouldn’t let us check into our room because the previous guest had to check out first. I was upset by the owner’s tone, which made it seem like it was our fault we couldn’t arrive on the booked date. It was very disappointing; we paid for two nights but only got to stay one night and didn’t have our room ready for the paid day.

The place is basic but clean, and its location is great—close to nightclubs and restaurants. The beach itself wasn’t the cleanest.

Friendly staff and the beach is right next door, but the road is noisy with motorcycle traffic, the hot water never came on, and mosquitoes came in through the bathroom.
