The location was excellent. The staff were very friendly. Breakfast was very good and very complete.

The room was great and the bathroom was a decent size. Breakfast was really good, with a lot of options including scrambled eggs. We had a car and parking was easy just outside on the street. Nothing negative, everything was fine.

“Decepcionante”

I was supposed to stay two nights, but after checking in and heading to my room I found there was no hot water. I told the cleaning staff on that floor right away, and she said she would pass the message to the owner. More than an hour later nothing had changed. I then spoke directly with the owner, who explained that the hot‑water problem was due to excessive kitchen water use. I kept waiting for a fix, but when none came I left the hotel, cutting my stay short. Later I read previous reviews and saw the hot‑water issue had been mentioned before, so it felt like a recurring problem rather than a one‑off. I regret having to make that choice, but hot water is a basic necessity for any stay. I hope the issue gets sorted out so future guests won’t face the same problem.
