The view of the sea from the terrace while having breakfast is stunning, the tables are nicely set and the coffee is excellent. The rooms are clean, though the furnishings feel a bit dated, but for a short stay of only a few days that's perfectly fine.

The sea‑side terrace is fantastic, the rooms are spacious and spotless, and the breakfast is superb. The location is ideal—just a short walk to the old town—and there’s a garage spot for the car. We’d definitely return! The north‑facing room’s view isn’t as beautiful, but that didn’t matter for a single night.

The spot is optimal, in the most beautiful part of Grado, and the terrace overlooking the sea for breakfast is gorgeous. The room we had was a bit small.

From the third‑floor room we had a direct view of the sea. When we arrived in the evening, we settled on the terrace beside the seaside promenade (the sunset was amazing). We ate seafood, which was very tasty. The staff, the waiters, were friendly and attentive. Parking in the garage was a thrill‑rising experience (about 6–6 cm left between the two mirrors and the wall); the entry hallway is sized for smaller cars.
