Everything was perfect! Lovely owners picked me up from the airport in the late evening. The room was very clean and modern, with a comfortable bed and pillows, a small kitchen for a self‑service breakfast. All you need! Located 10 minutes walk from Bologna Centrale, very quiet at night. Definitely recommend!

We spent three nights at this lovely B&B and felt completely comfortable from the moment we arrived. The welcome was very warm and throughout our stay we were lovingly taken care of. The rooms are modern and cozy, the beds are very comfortable and the bathrooms are spacious and well maintained. We also liked the breakfast arrangement very much. The proximity to the train station is perfect for exploring Bologna and the surrounding area. We wholeheartedly recommend this B&B and would return anytime!

Excellent location, right in the center of Bologna. The parking lot is large and even fully fenced, which is unusually safe for a big city. The host was very nice and everything went smoothly. The room was clean, the breakfast adequate. Value for money. The bed was very soft, but fine for a few nights.
