“Perfekte Unterkunft für einen Ausflug ins Sossusvlei”

We’re at the end of our Namibian trip and this lodge was our first stop. Compared to other lodges, the food is truly amazing. The pool is great, and a lady at breakfast and dinner left a strong impression. She took care of us throughout our stay and told us a lot about Namibian culture. For us it was the perfect base for a visit to Sossusvlei. Cold breakfast started at 5 am, so we could leave for our trip very early. Gluten‑free food was no problem at all. To avoid cross‑contamination at the buffet, some dishes were even freshly prepared separately in the kitchen just for us. Wi‑Fi was excellent everywhere. We’d book again anytime.

“Une immersion exceptionnelle au pied des montagnes”

Un magnifique lodge au cœur du désert, avec un cadre exceptionnel au pied des montagnes et une très belle vue. Les paysages au coucher du soleil sont splendides. Nous avons apprécié le calme, les chambres confortables, les deux piscines et surtout la gentillesse du personnel. Ils ont été accueillants et disponibles tout au long de notre séjour. Le restaurant est un buffet avec un large choix de plats et qui varie d’un jour à l’autre. Bon petit déjeuner également. Il faut également compter environ 1h de route dans les graviers pour accéder à Sesriem et Sossluvei parc. Quelques petits points pourraient être améliorés, notamment des chambres qui commencent à être un peu vieillissantes et l’absence de réfrigérateur dans certaines chambres. Le Wi-Fi est également moins performant dans les chambres, voire ne fonctionne pas

A very nice property with upscale facilities. Many excursions are offered. The staff are very helpful and friendly.

Food was good, the staff were very kind, and the place looks wonderful. The pool was extremely cold, and my child cried when he swam in it.

“Tolle Lodge, sehr hochwertiges Essen, schöne Pools und toller Service”

Great pools and attentive staff. We were greeted every time, enjoyed excellent breakfast and dinner, and could spend the whole day at the lodge thanks to the lovely pools. The location is good for visiting Sossusvlei, and we felt very comfortable. The rooms were a bit dark; more light would be nice, but overall they were clean and comfortable.
