We booked a room and even got confirmation emails and messages that we double‑checked, but when we arrived they outright denied the booking, claiming the rooms were full even though we’d booked days in advance—absolutely pathetic and the worst management experience.

The hotel owner denied my booking and the services offered were worthless; they offered no support at all.
