The location on the highway is convenient. I ordered a cup of coffee, it was delivered, but after 10 minutes the waiter returned with the bill and insisted on payment that couldn't be added to the room charge. I paid Rs 100 for a Rs 67 bill, and only after another 10 minutes did I receive the change. This happens with every room order—three interruptions for one request and a half‑hour of discomfort. The room was poorly maintained: the AC was a decade old and barely worked, the small TV was broken, and there was no kettle or coffee/tea making facilities. When I asked for a kettle, they gave one with a broken handle. In the bathroom, the toilet seat was old, pale, and unsanitary; supplies were scarce and low quality. Communication in English or Hindi was difficult. The rate charged is far above the quality of the hotel, leaving me highly dissatisfied.

Breakfast was excellent, and every staff member—including the security guard—was very helpful. Keep up the good work.

The staff were very polite, helpful, and pleasant, and the south Indian dishes were great, but the room had a musty smell.
