After discovering dog waste in our bathroom and noticing questionable hygiene, I couldn't bring myself to eat anything there; the Ramada Inn’s standards were very low. The only bright spot was the check‑in lady who, despite being put in an awkward situation, was embarrassed but kind and tried to help.

The hotel seemed to have been taken over and the room changes were sub‑par, with holes in the walls and furniture, and old faucets and lighting.

Breakfast was minimal but basically what you’d expect; the eggs were nasty, though the biscuits were good. I was very disappointed when the king room I booked was unavailable on arrival and I was instead given a room with two double beds instead of a queen; the manager had apparently rearranged bookings that morning, which was unacceptable.
