The check‑in was a breeze with a door code, no staff needed. The lobby had cute snacks and the rooms were clean, modern, and charming. The only downside was the body wash ran low and the pump didn’t work well.

The room was spotless and lovely. I almost had trouble getting my key, but the lady I called was super helpful and got me in without any hassle.

The Muse Hotel must shut down – it was infested with bed bugs, the place was filthy, and I never slept. I was bitten on my ankle, needed IV/oral antibiotics for an infection and cellulitis, and the hotel refuses to answer my calls. I’m demanding a full refund and have photos and videos of bugs on the bed, in the bathroom, and on the walls. I’ve reported the situation to the Department of Health and other agencies. The hotel’s audacity to charge my card after showing them the videos is disgraceful.

Self‑check‑in and out were super convenient, and with only nine suites it’s easy for everyone to hang out and chat.

The kitchen facilities were fine, but the property allows pets. A guest let a dog run and pee around the pool, and even after I messaged about it, the next day another dog did the same.
