It was a very spacious experience. Air conditioning is needed because it can get hot.

The experience was extraordinary! The shower water flow could be improved.

The main area’s facilities were top‑class, and the staff handled everything with ease, always welcoming and helpful. The food was outstanding, offering a wide range of tasty options, and the electric blanket was a thoughtful addition for those chilly evenings up high. I would have liked a coffee machine in my room, though I understand that any food is a draw for bears; at least there’s plenty of free coffee in the main area.

Breakfast and dinner were both excellent, and the view and scenery were breathtaking—definitely a place I’ll return to.

The novelty of the experience, the heated mattress pad, and the striking design made for a unique stay, and the staff were friendly, though a bit amateurish. It was cold inside; heating in the public areas was inadequate, and the dining area felt like a blanket without proper warmth. The bathroom had no heating, and parking was a 10‑minute walk away. The golf cart transport from the parking lot was erratic because of understaffing, and construction noise, plus truck traffic on the highway, added to the disturbance. There was no security for tent access, so a hardened camper might enjoy it, but the price is exorbitant.
