Cleaning and towel service only came every other day. The ceramic tile on the bathroom floor was loose and moved when I walked on it. The shower needed new caulking, and there was black mold starting to grow at the bottom.

The location was great, but the AC wasn’t working well, so we asked to be moved the second day. They replaced the motor, and it was great the second night!

It was close to where we were going. My kids left blankets that they said they found and would mail them to me. I called them, gave my address, and they said they would send them, but I still have not received them. I called back and they act like they don’t know what I’m talking about.

Right across the street from the university where my husband was working. The bed probably needed to be changed out to a new one, but it wasn’t unbearable. It seems like the hotel needs to have an updated.

Location was excellent, close to the university and shops, and all staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Aircon was noisy.
