The air conditioning wasn't functioning properly, but the staff came and fixed it quickly.

The breakfast was top-notch, with loads of options for both continental and cooked meals. The room was really comfortable and the location was perfect, but the WiFi was a bit hit-or-miss. I also found the lighting controls to be a bit fiddly and the AC plugs were a bit dodgy. Overall, a solid stay but a few minor niggles.
“Great hotel, minor transport issues”
This hotel is incredibly well-maintained and relatively new, with a fantastic lounge area offering a wide selection of food and drinks - definitely recommend it for a stay in Hangzhou. The breakfast is also exceptional. My only gripe is that public transport links aren't great, but taxis and DiDi are super cheap in China, so it's not a huge issue.
