Location was good. It was far too expensive for the quality of the stay, neighbors could be heard, and the breakfast was horrible.

“Quick overnight visit”

Complimentary water and helpful check‑in and check‑out staff. The room had a couch. Parking was an issue, the restaurant was closed on Sundays, we missed breakfast because we had to leave at 6 am when it was just opening, and we needed to go back for our bags.

“Great location to see a show at the palace without having to drive again once you see a show.”

Breakfast and the location were the main reasons to stay because we could walk anywhere and it was easy. I didn’t like paying 350 for a one‑night stay, didn’t like the extra parking fee, and the ice machine on my floor wasn’t working properly.

“It's Good But!!!”

The hotel itself is good; I’ve stayed there before. Each night the rate changed, and parking was horrible—it needs to be addressed immediately.

“Very comfortable hotel at Albany, I would recommend it”

Very comfortable room and bed! Good location and good breakfast. We expected more from the city and consider the hotel a bit expensive for a city that is so calm on a Saturday
