This Double Room has a private kitchen, a terrace with a garden view, and outdoor furniture. The room sleeps 2 guests and features a private entrance, refrigerator, electric kettle, toaster, stovetop, and washing machine. The private bathroom has towels and sheets available for an extra fee. Despite a massive fly infestation, the bathroom looked clean. I wished there had been a manual on how to use the rented caravan and the campsite rules.

I loved the cozy atmosphere of this campsite, it really felt like home. However, I think it would be helpful to have a list or guide to explain how everything works and what's available. I didn't discover the Nespresso machine until the end of my stay, which was a nice surprise.

This campsite is a hidden gem, just a stone's throw from the centre of Lichtenvoorde. The owner is super friendly and the facilities are immaculately maintained. You can even buy drinks from a fridge and do a load of laundry. What more could you ask for?

Unfortunately, the nearby road can get quite busy at night, especially with motorbikes.
