I had no room assigned when I arrived, so I had to ask a fellow guest to locate the staff. After a long wait, I was told there was no room available for me at all, even though I had booked in advance and sent countless messages. I was told to walk back and see what I could find, which was incredibly stressful after a full day of travel, and at 5pm I was told there was no room for me, far from the tuk‑tuk stop. I ended up walking back to the pier!
