The hotel was very well located; everything was within walking distance. The staff were very friendly, breakfast was adequate, the room was clean and spacious. All in all, a nice stay; I would return.

This hotel is fantastic, close to the train station and town centre, with great air conditioning, beautiful breakfast, and a welcoming team.

The staff were friendly and the train station was right next door; because Florence is a small city, most attractions are within walking distance of the hotel. The drains outside smelled quite bad.

The hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly, and the breakfast was great; they even gave us vouchers for free cocktails. The rooms were very comfortable, but the location right next to the train station means you should watch your belongings at night.
