“Egy nap várúrhölggyé válhatsz”

The hotel is located in an impressive setting where you can walk in the castle and enjoy a beautiful panorama. The guided castle walk for guests was a very good idea. There was nothing negative.

The breakfast selection was adequate. The food was tasty, but the extremely slow service during dinner and the lack of staff significantly ruined the overall experience. On a crowded Saturday night, one of the two staff members in the front desk and one of the two kitchen workers had to find and set up a spare bed while the other colleague had to manage two large groups and four additional tables, and the kitchen had only one person. Although we followed the flexible and polite recommendation from reception and waited an hour for the menu, the drinks and food that arrived at our table were unacceptably delayed. It was especially unpleasant that we waited 40 minutes for the short drinks, another 20 minutes for wine and water, and another 30 minutes for dinner. A mosquito net on the window of the room was broken.

“fully satisfied and will for sure visit again”

The location was good and breakfast was splendid. There was no air conditioning in the rooms, so it was really hot and hard to sleep. Some renovation would also be good for the furniture and bathroom equipment.

“Egy különleges hangulatú szállás a várfalakon belül”

A stay inside the castle walls had a unique vibe. The room was well-equipped and comfortable. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and we felt great—thanks!
