The location was great, but the bathroom had no water in the toilet.

It was in the town center, though the town only has 4 streets so nothing is far. The rooms faced a karaoke, and the music sounded as if it were in your room until 2 or 3 am; I told the receptionist but she didn’t care. There were hairs on the beds, the place was dirty, the door glass and mirror were broken. Two people called our room in the middle of the night for reasons unknown. The guests arrived drunk and talking loudly, and everything could be heard. Honestly, don’t book this place.

The host was very kind and helped us a lot during our visit to Machu Picchu, and the structure was good.

The location was good, but the room was not the one shown in the picture, and there was a karaoke next to it that could be heard up to the third floor where we stayed. We left for Machu Picchu at 7 am and didn’t get any rest because of the excessive noise, even though it’s close to all the local shops.
