It’s really remote, but ideal for peace. The rooms were great, very clean, and the pool area was good. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

I've stayed here before and always come back because of the great staff. They're super friendly and always try to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The only thing that's missing is a bit of an update in the bathrooms - the shower heads and hoses could do with a replacement, and maybe the batteries in the shower mixers too.

“Staff / maintenance DISASTROUS”

The staff at Caringles seemed to genuinely care, but unfortunately, that didn't extend to the hotel's maintenance. I found a big spider and tiny insects on the coffee table, and the wooden chairs were unstable and unusable. The bed was ridiculously hard, and the reception staff's attitude was a bit off-putting, especially since they didn't speak much English.

“Nicht unbedingt wieder”

The reception staff were really friendly, but the rest of our stay was a bit of a letdown. The room was only cleaned twice in five days, despite me asking multiple times for it to be done. The pool area looked a bit neglected, and the sunbeds were only partially covered with mats. And to make matters worse, the hot water in the shower only worked if you left the lavatory tap running at the same time.

“Decent place, very quiet”

I had a fantastic time at this hotel - everything was just perfect. The staff were friendly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was ideal. I didn't encounter any issues during my stay, which is always a bonus.
