The staff were friendly, the facilities were clean, and the location was great. However, the rollaway bed was stained.

The front‑desk staff were helpful and knew we were staying for a big concert, so they let us into our room as soon as it opened up. There was a free shuttle to the airport. The refrigerator in my room, however, didn't work.

Everything was great, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The bed was a bit hard and somewhat uncomfortable.

Breakfast was good. The bathroom lighting wasn’t bright enough. The utility closet was inside the room, so maintenance had to enter to get the TVs. The TV kept freezing and was difficult to use.
