The room is simple but in good shape, and the bathroom covers the basics, which is more than enough. The breakfast is wonderful, very complete and tasty. The pool isn’t huge but it’s fine and almost always empty. Since we don’t speak much English, we communicated a lot through chat, which automatically translates and was more comfortable; they helped us with everything, responded very quickly, and made everything easy. They booked a van for us to go to the airport. Everything was very good.

Breakfast offered a variety, the room was spacious enough for my wife and two kids, the air conditioning wasn’t that cold but there was also a ceiling fan, the pool and restroom were clean, and the restaurant was tidy. The Jacuzzi part of the swimming pool only turned on on the second day of our stay; it would have been better if it had been on consistently since the kids loved it.

The location is good. There was no cabinet for our clothes and the space wasn’t enough for five people.
