A delightful hotel on Mango Beach with friendly, helpful staff and many nearby restaurants. Two birds are kept in a tiny cage in the restaurant area—cruel. They’ve been there for over four years, perched 24/7, and you’re not allowed to eat in the rooms, a rule I’ve never seen at any other hotel worldwide.

The location, room size, bathroom size, and breakfast were all great, but the bed was far too soft.

The resort staff were genuinely friendly, approachable, and accommodating with all our requests—offering great local recommendations, customizing our meals (even off the menu), and handling any extra room requests. The property and our room were clean and well maintained. The only issue was that we had trouble finding public beaches near the hotel, except for Flamingo Beach.
