No breakfast, but there was a kitchen available. At most, there was a mosquito net.

The bed was very comfortable, the shower was great, the balcony was excellent, and the kitchen was fully functional and equipped. The space was always clean and smelled nice. It was close to everything – restaurants, bakery, market, and the beach – so we walked everywhere. Two things bothered me a bit: I stayed in a room where one window faced the corridor, so the noise was annoying and a curious guest tried to look in from the window, and another guest opened the door and said he was confused. It was unpleasant. Also, there was no power in the city on the last night; we were told the generator wouldn’t run because of the silence law. In the morning, even within the allowed hours and while other inns had the generator on, we had to ask and wait a little for it to start because we were heading home and our phone battery was dead.

Everyone in the family was wonderfully welcoming, the room was tidy and clean, and in every detail of the stay you could feel the owners’ affection. There was no lack of attention; they gave us all the information we needed and were always patient and polite.

The lodge has an excellent location. The room and bedding were very clean. The service from owner Celeste and José was outstanding. I would definitely stay at this lodge again. I have nothing to complain about.
