We were upgraded for free, and the front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was really comfortable, spacious, and clean. The location is perfect. It’s the kind of hotel that ensures a pleasant stay and has everything you need. Thank you to the staff for their cheerful attitude; the job of a receptionist involves many different tasks, and it’s worth noting when the staff is particularly welcoming

The location was fine, but hidden charges, loud air conditioning, and a noisy environment were issues. When I booked, the platform didn't mention that the room had no window; I ended up with a NO WINDOW ROOM and had to pay extra if I wanted a window. It wasn't a pleasant stay, and the toilet was stinky.

The location was excellent. The room had a microwave and provided bowls, plates, and cutlery. There were hangers and plenty of space to hang clothes. The hairdryer had a strong airflow. There was a coin‑operated washing machine. However, they did not change the floor mats daily.
