The house was amazing, everything was brand new and well maintained. The only issue was that the road signage at night was hard to see because there wasn’t much lighting.

It got really hot, they tried to put a fan in but it wasn’t enough, the windows couldn’t be opened and there was a hive of huge wasps.

“No recomendable”

Our stay was terrible, mainly because of the owner’s attitude that made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome even before we arrived. A day before we got a call asking us to change rooms because the one we booked was meant for people with reduced mobility, implying we chose it because it was cheaper, even though on Booking it was the only available option. When we arrived at the agreed check‑in time, the owner wasn’t there and we had to wait. She then insisted we cancel our Booking reservation so she could assign us a different room, which we didn’t understand because cancelling would still cost us. She gave us the impression she wanted to manage the stay directly and avoid the Booking commission. She also asked if we preferred a double bed or single beds. We said we preferred singles because my wife is allergic to a cream I use, and she responded quite unpleasantly, saying she would give us a double bed if we didn’t want the singles, as if she thought “he’s going to apply cream and she doesn’t like it,” but she eventually gave us single beds. During the stay, my wife tried more than five times to find her to resolve questions and order drinks, but she was never available. She had also mentioned the previous day that, being pilgrims, she could offer us something for dinner, but once there she didn’t even mention it. She also didn’t tell us that there were vending machines and fountains at the back of the property, something we discovered later and that would have been very useful. In short, beyond the room, the worst part was the constant feeling of disrespect and lack of attention. We ended up spending almost the whole stay locked in the room because we didn’t feel comfortable or welcomed. A very unpleasant experience that, unfortunately, we cannot recommend.

“Check in tardío y atención nefasta.”

The place was quiet and the house was new. The only downside was having to wait 20 minutes after the check‑in time to enter. We had to wait outside in the heat with annoying flies. Checking in at 3 pm seemed very late, and if a room isn’t available they should at least let you access the common area.
