The hotel felt homely, but it was far from Paltan bazar and there was no lift to reach the 2nd floor.

The staff and the owner are both very good. 1. The location. Never thought it would be so isolated. 2. The room we got was on the 2nd floor while there were rooms available on the ground floor too but was not allotted. Taking all the luggage to two floors was a chore. 3. The TV was not working properly. Missed the matches! It would come for a minute and then without /no signal for 10-15 mins. 4. Your booking said Breakfast will be provided (I being a genius member was supposed to be free - makes a lot of hue and cry about that ☹️) leave free there was no breakfast at all. No food is prepared. The owner told us falsely mentions it. So it’s a reflection on you too 5. The room did not have kettle and was given later only without any tea bags/sugar. The staff did prepare tea (Of course ) chargeable but was good to have
