The staff were very helpful, especially Milena, and the location was perfect; I’ll return as soon as possible, thank you. The building is in decent condition but needs the walls painted all around, the restrooms retouched, and the stairs fixed.

The place is very central, the service is excellent with friendly and helpful staff like Miriam. They have a WhatsApp group that lets guests share experiences, and the instructions are clear. The cleaning could be better.

The location is extremely well situated in a safe area, the rooftop is fantastic with one of the most beautiful views of the city, everything is super clean and comfortable, and the staff are very courteous and helpful, especially Gean Carlo and Angel. I highly recommend it! I liked EVERYTHING!
