A garden view greets the Comfort Double Room, which is accessed through a private entrance on the ground floor and sleeps two guests. The en‑suite bathroom offers a shower, bidet, toilet, hairdryer, towels and a safe, all set on tile/marble flooring. Climate control includes air‑conditioning, heating and air purifiers, while a flat‑screen TV, free Wi‑Fi, refrigerator, electric kettle, desk, wardrobe, safety‑deposit box and a bedside socket provide additional comfort.

The Masseria is huge and beautiful, rooms are clean and cool, staff are very friendly and helpful, breakfast is excellent, and the parking is perfect, even with trees that let you leave your car in the shade.
“Disappointing and not as advertised”
The property offered a nice room with a cool style. Unfortunately, we had a truly disappointing stay. The first room smelled damp, so we asked to move; they put us in another room with a dodgy shower and then charged us extra to move. Breakfast was appalling and there were no facilities. It was a real letdown and I wouldn’t recommend it.

It has great potential, the breakfast spot is lovely, the breakfast itself is good, the room is spacious, airy and cool, the bathroom is large, the location is fine, and it’s 10 minutes from Torre Lapillo beaches. The breakfast staff are very kind, and they’re available for requests. However, the welcome kit is missing from the bathroom, there’s no hand soap, staff are almost absent, there was no hot water one evening and the next morning, the place is cared for but not in detail, and it definitely doesn’t justify the money we spent.
“Worst hotel I have ever stayed in”
Nothing good. The location is bad, right next to a busy road with a lot of traffic (very noisy). The pool pictures on the website are misleading because you don’t get access to it! Wi‑Fi is almost non‑existent, and there’s no service (no tea or coffee in the rooms). I strongly advise against booking this “hotel.”
