Breakfast was good, but there was only one handicap parking spot and it was not a standard layout; an extra marked space for wheelchair access is needed. The spot was so narrow that when I tried to maneuver the curb rubbed against the tires. I was in room 226, and the room above me (326) had a major floor issue—every time someone walked, the floor cracked and snapped very loudly, sounding like a structural problem rather than just footsteps. The noise woke me at 10 pm, 1 am, and 5 am, ruining my sleep. I had been up driving for a class since 3 am, so I was trying to get to bed early to rest for the next day.

“Our stay was not good, management really has no plan for if people keep others up most of the night.”

The front desk check‑in went smoothly, but the people on the floor above kept us up all night, so we were too exhausted to grab breakfast and just wanted to get home and sleep. The bathroom and closet doors didn’t close properly, a lamp shade was broken, the TV was hard to set up, and there was dust on the bed. I wouldn’t ask for a refund or a partial refund, and I won’t return.
