The lady who checked us in at 11 pm was exceptional, kind, and full of energy – she is the best. Breakfast was also wonderful. Nothing was perfect, but everything else was great.

This hotel was absolutely amazing! It’s a bit off the tourist trail, about a five‑minute taxi ride to the park entrance, but it’s worth it – the views from the windows are simply stunning. We had a room with a panoramic mountain view, and it was very beautiful. For that, it’s worth driving a little further. 🌄 A special thanks for the free upgrade to a higher room category – a pleasant surprise! The staff are polite and responsive, always ready to help. The room rate included transfers to the tourist area and to the park entrance, operating from day until 7 pm. The breakfasts are ordinary, not European, but you can eat. There is a pool on the premises, although it was not operating during our stay. That didn’t bother us at all – it didn’t matter. But the fact that it exists is a plus. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel! If we ever gather in these parts again, we’ll definitely come back.

The accommodation was fine, the meals were quite basic for breakfast and lunch, the hotel is outside the city center in a very nice but isolated spot.

“Buon rapporto qualità prezzo, problemi di comunicazione”

The room was clean and had everything you need, just 30 minutes on foot from the park entrance. Getting in touch with staff was tough; messages on Booking always got an auto‑reply, and WeChat responses were slow.

“Geweldig!”

A very nice, quiet hotel with beautiful, modern rooms! The staff were super helpful and even offered a free taxi to the village, though you could also walk there in 15‑20 m. I had a great stay while visiting Wulong Karst and just relaxing :)
