Everything was great—good location, comfortable room, and the owner was incredibly helpful with luggage and after‑checkout pick‑up. It’s hard to find people who genuinely want to help, so I’d recommend this place again and again.

“Una sistemazione impersonale”

A B&B in an excellent spot right next to Florence’s cathedral, very clean and fully equipped for a comfortable stay. However, it feels very impersonal: communication comes through WhatsApp or the Booking app. My room was very dark, with a window overlooking a small courtyard that offered no light. These details weren’t clearly explained at booking, which I find important.

“Alles hervorragend mit nur kleinen Abstrichen”

Clean, great location, comfortable. The reception was never staffed, but someone was always reachable by phone. Breakfast is served in a nearby café with a limited menu—just fruit salad, yogurt, croissant, orange juice, and one coffee per day—which is tasty but not enough for a big breakfast lover. They don’t open until 8 am, which is inconvenient for an early departure, though they do a nice job preparing everything “to go” if you’re not leaving so early.

The location was central and great, and I liked the quirky little lift as a bonus. The amenities were good, and it was convenient to leave luggage on the checkout day. Nothing major to complain about, though the shower water pressure could have been better; otherwise, I managed fine.
