The facilities were comfortable with many thoughtful details, but during the three days we stayed, no housekeeping came to the room, so we never had towels changed and ran out of paper.

The room was very clean and comfortable, yet communication was terrible, the reception coordination nonexistent, and it was impossible to reach them by phone.
