The room was clean and comfortable, but we were assigned a handicapped room that reduced the vanity area unnecessarily, and the proximity to the highway made it very noisy.

The room was clean and spacious, staff were friendly and helpful, coffee was available 24/7, and the location made it easy to catch the 81; nearby restaurants were convenient. However, the hallway on the second floor was dark and smelled of smoke despite the building being non‑smoking.

The bathroom was updated, the breakfast area was simple, and the bed was comfortable. Yet the floor was dirty with hair all over the area outside the bathroom, we were warned that hot water might be unavailable that night, a loud guy upstairs disturbed us, and the pipes running along the air conditioner made noise.
