Our one‑night stay was flawless. It’s in a very good spot in town, close to restaurants, cafés, bars, and other shops. The owner is polite and helpful. Excellent quality‑price ratio. I recommend it without reservation.

Its central location is unbeatable, the building looks freshly renovated, the cleanliness is flawless, and the value for money is excellent. Acquaviva hosts an annual event (Stradachiusa) there, so we’ll definitely consider staying again with Mr. Piero for future editions.

The rooms and beds are new and spotless, fully equipped, and there’s a mini fridge with two water bottles that we really liked. The location is perfect for getting to the closed street jam hip hop event, just an 8‑minute walk. The only downside was that the bed felt a bit uncomfortable.
