The staff were unmotivated and there was no system in place for service.

The staff were lovely and we ate very well, and we weren’t disturbed by the surroundings. The resort looks old, and unfortunately this season there are many forest fires that make the air hard to breathe, but the hotel can’t do anything about that.

The view is nice and the staff are friendly; if you want a truly quiet spot in the middle of nowhere, it’s perfect. It’s a bit too quiet and feels like a ghost town.

The welcome we got here was really warm and friendly - the staff were super nice. And the restaurant was amazing - the food was really good. The rooms were also spotless and comfy, and it was really quiet. Overall, it was a great stay.
