The social concept is great. However, it's just too noisy. From Sunday onward, boarding school kids stay there, making the accommodation too drafty. Late evenings and early mornings are filled with shouting.

The staff and welcome are especially warm but not intrusive. It's an important experience, a project of civility and love that deserves support. I was with a dog who was also warmly received. Rooms and common areas were clean and well maintained, with a nice lawn at the back. I will definitely come back. Everything matched the description and I had no inconveniences or surprises.

The location is good. The shower cabin was tiny, and at breakfast there was only sweets. No cheese spread for sandwiches, and they didn't have any either. You had to ask for deli meats, and then you got a lot. The price‑quality ratio wasn't quite right.
