The breakfast was very good, the room was clean, and the TV screen was excellent.

The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was spacious with a bathtub, and the reception and staff were helpful. However, the façade needs a makeover because it looks nothing like the interior.

The staff were very helpful and friendly, present and able to offer discounts to nearby restaurants. The room was clean, tidy and comfortable. Parking and safety were exceptional; they close the gates and turn the doors to manual so no randomer can come in. It may sound silly but the outside of the building looks very tired, dirty and in need of a clean/paint. It makes no odds to the comfort of the stay, but the first impression is slightly disappointing when approaching the building. The staff quickly make up for this however, as they are brilliant. I had to pay a city tax, despite never going to Rouen centre. This isn't the hotels fault and is only 1euro, but for €108 room I feel the hotel could include this in their price. Small stain on underside of bed topper, nothing major as it is removed anyway for sleeping.
