The breakfast was excellent and the customer service especially friendly! Check‑in went smoothly and the concierge was very helpful and kind. ☺️

The facilities were clean and the breakfast was superb; among the Dolomites hotels, this one had the best breakfast, with many kinds of fruit, various cheeses, eggs… especially the half‑soft fried egg was the best!!! I wish they would change the towels daily.
