“Relaxing cottage with zen vibes”

We spent four nights at Eleven and left feeling deeply relaxed; Karen was a fantastic host, the property was immaculate and worth every penny, the bed was very comfortable, the kitchen was fully equipped and beautifully decorated—making us feel at home. It’s a short drive to the harbour and on a quiet street, so it has everything; when we return to Hobart, this will definitely be our first choice.

The location and presentation were excellent, and the bed was comfortable, but the oven was tricky to use and we struggled to get it to work properly, though it’s unclear if that was a user error.

If you don't feel like staying in a non-descript hotel in Hobart, this is such a lovely place to stay oozing with character and within a nice residential area of the city. It felt like coming into someone's stunning little cottage and it was perfect for a couple's weekend away. Karen has made a fantastic job of making it comfortable for her guests and added to its charm by enhancing its existing features and including lots of beautiful touches from her travels.

This cottage was absolutely stunning Every bit of artwork to every Nic nac was creatively perfect… we both have never been in a lovelier house The bed was amazing as was the bath The location couldn’t be better in the quaintest street walking distance to the Salamanca markets and restaurants The house had every quality amenity you could ever need and more Karen the owner was so lovely and very knowledgeable about the area We can’t wait to go back for a much longer stay next time Negati
