It was a very good hotel for a family stay; we had a great time, the breakfast was excellent, and the staff’s attention was even better.

Nothing was good; everything was bad, with staff asking me to get the trolley and help myself, and they didn’t respond to any of our questions.

I was impressed by the beautiful location, spacious rooms, lovely wellness and fitness areas, proximity to Marne-la-Vallee’s centre and Disney, the shuttle bus, the delicious breakfast, and the overall quietness. However, both the double bed and the pull‑out bed had uncomfortable mattresses, the pull‑out bed’s mattress was not up to standard, and the pool water was too cold—just a few degrees warmer would have been better.

The room, breakfast, shuttle to Disney, and the pool were all great. On the downside, the showers at the pool were cold and lacked pressure, and the parking fee was not included in the room price.
