The room was bright, friendly and inviting, with some wear and tear that was insignificant. Unfortunately, we had guests on the hallway who used a small sitting area for their party from night until 3 am. Our request for quiet was ignored. There is no way to contact the owners directly because everything is handled by phone. If you have physical limitations, contact the owners before booking.

The hallway area outside the rooms was the only nicely designed part. In the room it smelled old and musty, with mold spots on the ceiling. The shower was leaking, the entire outdoor area was unlit and uninviting.

“Nur im Äußersten Notfall”

People often say that for a night’s stay, this is enough, and it was. I’m still waiting for a new bill. The reception was never staffed; from 10 am I called five times and either got someone on the line or a callback.

“Einmal und nie wieder.”

The room was spacious and clean, but the reception was empty and it was hard to get through on the phone. The key‑safe codes were only sent by phone. There was an extra €15 per night for the dog, which wasn’t mentioned until Saturday at checkout, and the hotel claimed it was only €10 according to a 2024 FAQ. They even tried to have us removed by the police if we didn’t pay the inflated fee. The owner’s voice was loud and inappropriate, the outdoor area was unlit, and the front door was always unlocked. The shower hose was torn, making the place very noisy. The satellite TV didn’t work, the Wi‑Fi was dead, and the TV was only in Polish; we had to use our own hotspot.

“Eine Notunterkunft, für einen schönen Urlaub nicht zu empfehlen.”

From the outside it looks like a pleasant place, but inside it feels very old and worn out with no clear concept. The rooms are noisy and just functional. Breakfast is basic but filling.
