The Triple Room is situated on an upper floor that is accessible only by stairs. It includes heating, a flat‑screen TV, linens, towels and a wardrobe or closet for personal storage. The location is good, but the nearby bus is noisy at night, which is a bit annoying.

The room is well set up and the bathroom is spacious. The hotel is a few kilometers from Colmar and close to several attractions: Château du Haut‑Koenigsbourg, Montagne des Singes, Hunawihr with its butterfly garden and the Naturoparc with herons, Turckheim, Eguisheim, Riquewihr, Kaysersberg. The reception hours are limited, but we always had someone to help us. During this heatwave, there’s no air conditioning, but there’s a big fan and, thanks to the mosquito net, we slept with the windows open. Of course, this year is an exceptional period.

I was completely misled—thought I’d booked a 2‑star hotel and got a place that feels like zero stars, and I can’t understand how it’s still operating. I booked two nights but left after one because the air‑conditioner was noisy, the room reeked of cigarette smoke and sweat, a spider was in the towel, and the staff were unpleasant. In short, I lost a night’s sleep and the stay was unforgettable for all the wrong reasons; I rarely use booking sites and have no intention of returning.
