We had stayed at High Chaperal before and it’s a nice small camp in a beautiful setting. We brought our bikes and rode lovely routes, and on the last day we were allowed to leave the car parked so we could do another great ride. It’s close to a Greek restaurant that’s also worth a visit.

A modern, quiet wooden cabin with air‑conditioning, a small stove, fridge, sink/vanity, pots and dishes, toilet, table, lounge chairs, TV, Wi‑Fi, terrace, little lawn, umbrella, and drying rack. It’s suitable for one or two people—small but fully equipped. The downside is there’s no wardrobe or hanging rack, so for a longer stay, like my week, you have to live out of your suitcase.

I’ve been here several times for work. The location is pleasant, and even though I was there for business, I felt like I was on vacation when I arrived in the afternoon. It’s nice that there’s air‑conditioning and heating for winter.

We enjoyed it, especially the great pool. They organize a lot, and the foam party was a hit with our son. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It’s a perfect spot for families, centrally located with plenty to do nearby.
