I love the black beach sand. The rooms are very clean and modern, and the views from the ones I rented were stunning. The bathroom was spotless. I felt at home, with plenty of little touches like toiletries, hand towels, a coffee maker that’s easy to use, and enough outlets to charge phones. The staff were friendly and helpful. My room had two smoke detectors; one’s battery was low and it started beeping loudly right before bed, but the staff fixed it within 5 minutes of being notified. My daughters rode a horse along the beach and a jet ski, which was a lot of fun and gave great pictures. The modern architecture makes for beautiful photos. Overall, the food was really good. A ramp was installed so I could access my room in my wheelchair. The only suggestion is don’t put an egg on the hamburger—just a matter of taste. Also, I couldn’t get the room phone to connect when I called the front desk, maybe it was operator error.
The resort is very modern, absolutely clean, and the staff are extremely attentive and friendly. It’s very quiet and beautifully located with direct beach access, perfect for relaxing. In the evenings a beach campfire was set up, which you could request and it was very special. Important to know: the deposit must be paid in cash, and the sofa bed is not extendable; an extra bed can be requested for a fee if needed. The only downside is that our kids had to pay separately for breakfast.
The food was good, but the hotel’s policy that drivers can’t use the common areas felt discriminatory, and the massage cost too much for what it was.

The decor was nice, and the staff were very welcoming. The price is too high for what you get. The beach is muddy and not inviting.

The clan room was great, and the staff were excellent and friendly, exceeding my expectations. It was a very relaxing stay for me, and I will definitely come back. Perhaps add hammocks and a cabana/umbrellas by the pool or beach section.
