The price and location near the train station are good, but the terrible sound insulation and the noisy guests meant I couldn’t sleep. The lack of soundproofing and the presence of guests for romantic activities were a real problem.

Nothing good at all. The apartment was poorly maintained, had plastic packaging on the mattress, and the soundproofing was terrible.

The hotel’s location is convenient and it offers a large parking lot. For its price the conditions are good: clean rooms with new furniture and linens, a spacious combined toilet and shower, air conditioning, and a well‑working hair dryer. The surrounding area is residential with playgrounds, giving a calm, nostalgic atmosphere. A big plus is the restaurant where you’ll want to try every dish on the menu! I highly recommend stopping by. The hotel management deserves respect for their fair pricing, and the restaurant staff should get thanks for the tasty evenings.

The price is definitely very affordable. However, there’s no way to wash and dry your clothes yourself; you have to go to the laundry for an extra fee and hand over your underwear to someone else, which is not ideal. The shower on the third floor is cold and the warm water flow is very weak, so I couldn’t wash properly and had to leave. Additionally, every time you check out you must leave the key at reception, which is very inconvenient. On top of that, you’re required to wear shoe covers at the entrance, and a fine of 5.000 is imposed; I followed this rule strictly, but other guests seemed indifferent, and apparently no one was actually fined.
