The hotel features a free water park complex with spa facilities, bright rooms with a balcony and free WiFi. Rooms offer a minibar, small safe, and modern bathroom. The hotel boasts a restaurant, Romantic Bar, Neptun Grill, and Aqua Bar, plus a sports centre, bowling alley, gym, and sauna.

The luxury room was nice, and breakfast and dinner were good. There was no mat in the sauna area, no birthday offers, room cleanliness was 5/10 (dirty sinks, door handles, dusty toilet glasses, dusty living room table). The floor in the water park and sauna area was slippery and could cause falls. The price didn’t match the quality.

The room was cozy and the service was good, but the conference hall on the first floor hosted a party until 12 pm on the first night, ruining my peace. The hotel should inform guests about such events before arrival. I might give the health resort another try in the future, but I don’t feel the urge to return tomorrow.

The water was not cold enough. The stay was decent overall.

The views were beautiful and it was relatively close to everything. There was some wear and the service was slow; despite my request, the room was not cleaned.
